Please be aware that all questions below “Birthdate” are optional. Your answers will be used to provide IGNITE with a better understanding of our membership demographics and how to better service our members. We will not share information about you as an individual with any other entity. If we do share membership demographic information with third parties, we will give them aggregate information only.
